  • How do I tighten/loosen the tension of the hinges?

With a HEX wrench tighten or loosen the screw on the side of the hinge. Do not touch the mounting screws. The size of the HEX wrench ( allen key) is 3mm , 1/8 inches.

  • Is the glass palette removable for cleaning?

The glass palette in our Pochades is not removable. We recommend using a palette scraper to clean any leftover paint as glass is easily cleaned this way.

  • Where is the Pochade manufactured?

The Box N Paint Pochade is partially made in China and handcrafted in the USA. Each POCHADE is unique due to its handcrafted nature, ensuring quality and individuality.

  • How long does it typically take for the box N paint POCHADE to ship after I place an order?
