Shipping & Returns

After you place an order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. This processing time ensures that we carefully inspect and package your order to ensure its quality and safe delivery.
Once your order is processed and prepared for shipment, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. For accurate tracking updates, we kindly ask that you wait for 48 hours before checking the shipping status to allow sufficient time for the tracking number to be updated in the system.
The actual shipping time may vary depending on your location. We use USPS as shipping method for the box N paint POCHADE, the estimated delivery time is typically within 5 to 10 business days within USA, and longer for orders outside USA.

Your order confirmation will be emailed to you at the time you place your order. When your order ships, you will receive another email. All fees listed are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We ship USPS, in USA, Canada, Australia, New zeland, Ireland.

* We hope you love your -box N paint-! However, if something doesn't meet your needs, we are here to help. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund, deducting a 10% restocking fee.
* Please note: the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed. Once we receive the package in good condition, we'll promptly issue a refund.
* Please send an email to info@boxnpaint.com letting us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Please include your order number and we will contact you with return instructions.
* If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. * We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, ups, or FedEx) and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We spend a lot of time and attention preparing each order for shipping with sturdy packaging so that it arrives undamaged. Please remember we do not have control over how shipping services handle a package, but we do our best to assist customer in case of any issues.
