Shipping Policy/ Processing Time - Each box N paint POCHADE is hand-assembled to order. Please allow 7–12 business days for us to build, inspect, and package your order.

Shipping Methods - We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery within the USA is 5–10 business days. International shipping times vary by location.

Expedited Shipping - Expedited 2-business-day shipping is available within the USA only, for an additional fee. This option can be selected during checkout.

Tracking - Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Fees - All fees are in USD and subject to change without notice.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns - You may return items within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once we receive the item in good condition.

Return Process - Email us at info@boxnpaint.com with subject line “Return Inquiry” and your order number. We’ll send return instructions.

Exchanges - We’re happy to process an exchange if you prefer. Contact us at the same email above.

Order Cancellations - To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of purchase with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your order number.

Shipping / Damage - We are not responsible for mishandling or delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers. We do pack every order with care to prevent damage. If there’s an issue, please contact u, we’ll do our best to assist.
