Your order confirmation will be emailed to you at the time you place your order. When your order ships, you will receive another email. All fees listed are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

* We hope you love your -box N paint-!  However, if something doesn't meet your needs, we are here to help.  You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. 

* Please note: the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed.

* Please send an email to info@boxnpaint.com letting us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.  Please include your order number and we will contact you with return instructions.

* If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. All cancellation inquiries should be sent to info@boxnpaint.com with the subject line “Cancellation”, and please include your order number. All return inquiries should be sent to info@boxnpaint.com with the subject line “Return Inquiry”, and please include your order number.

* We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, ups, or FedEx) and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We spend a lot of time and attention preparing each order for shipping with sturdy packaging so that it arrives undamaged. Please remember we do not have control over how shipping services handle a package, and we want all pieces to arrive in pristine condition.
